The OSQ with other Organ Societies throughout Australia publishes a quarterly journal entitled Organ Australia. Usual content includes calendars of events, articles on various facets of organ music, descriptions of pipe organs in Australasia and elsewhere, concert reviews, CD reviews, profiles of members and other organists, news from organ builders, an editorial, organ competitions and organ-related advertisements.

Material for publication in Organ Australia is sought from members and other readers. Contributions are accepted in many forms - legible handwriting, typed, or word processed, and are to be sent to the editor by post (hard copy or disk) or as an e-mail attachment.

Organ Australia is a quarterly publication supplied to each member. The first issue was produced in September 2005.
