Videos & Concerts
In the absence of live recitals, we present the first in a possible series of concerts featuring local organists, playing a range of music and organs for a VIRTUAL RECITAL.
[If you wish to submit a virtual concert, please email the Secretary (from the Contact page)].
The organist for this virtual recital is Ross Windsor playing at St Pauls Ipswich on the 2017 Simon Pierce 3 manual organ.

While I have been staying at home during the period of social restrictions associated with the COVID-19 crisis, I have been writing music for the on-line presentations by St Andrew’s Uniting Church, Brisbane. As the crisis was in full swing before, during and after Easter, I wrote music on the themes of Passiontide and Easter.
There are six pieces of music altogether and they were originally written for voices and organ. Since then I have adapted them as stand-alone Hymn Preludes for Organ.
Excerpts from the Hymn Preludes are attached. The list of hymns I arranged is as follows:
Ride on, ride on in majesty
When I survey the wondrous cross
Christ the Lord is risen today
The day of resurrection
Love is come again
Crown him with many crowns
